Morgan and BMW – A Match Made In Heaven!

I couldn’t avoid covering this for Bimmer.co – Morgan, the car-maker that bears my name is making an absolutely beautiful car that is powered by a BMW engine. I’ve always wanted to see my name and BMW together in the same sentence and I guess this is as close as I’ll get right now! This car is a real beast and talking about it really doesn’t do it justice which is why I’ve included these beautiful pictures below.

The car is based on classic cars like the 328 BMW built back in the 1950′s and at first glance it really looks like an old mobster car to me. Believe it or not, the car has a three-liter straight six engine that offers a comfortable 306 hp. The car can go 0-60 in 4.5 seconds and has a top speed of 170 mph for those of you that want to get a really big speeding ticket.

The car doesn’t debut until 2012 which still give me a couple of years to save-up the money to buy one! On thing is for sure, the 2012 Morgan EvaGT is a beautiful car and another great example of what Morgan can do!
